Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker (CDP level ) based in al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cookies, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Experience in producing viennoiserie & laminated doughs is essential. The Baker is responsible for creating recipes, managing baking schedules, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas. The role requires creativity to develop new recipes and attention to detail to ensure consistency in the final products.

What we are looking for

Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques

Experience in preparing Croissants & other baked goods

Strong skills in Food Preparation and maintaining high hygiene standards

Creativity in developing new baked goods and recipes

Experience in a similar role is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge of inventory and stock management is a plus
